Get your “Group” on with Groupon

OK… by now you know I like coupons. I use them at the grocery store, at restaurants, online… anywhere I can save a few bucks. 

If you’re like me, you’ll really like the website Groupon. Debbie Levy, our Local 2 Morning show Executive Producer discovered it this week when the site featured a coupon for $5 off of $10 at The Chocolate Bar.  You missed that deal… but there’s a new one everyday.

Just check the site for Houston deals daily. If you want in on the deal, you buy it at check out.  But here’s what makes Groupon unique: You only get the deal (and you’re only charged) if a certain number of people buy it.  It makes sense that the more people who group or join together to buy something in bulk… the better the deal.

Today’s deal is for an $85 Sports Massage. On Groupon you can buy it  for $45 until midnight tonight.
