Going on vacation? A recent article in The Wall Street Journal warns you should watch out for hidden fees at hotels.
Reporter Scott McCartney says hotels have added all kinds of fees from mandatory daily valet parking fees to “in-room safe warranty surcharges.” It’s happening all over from the Howard Johnson to Hilton hotels.
Apparently hotels saw how easily we adapted to the extra fees doled out by the airlines… and thought they’d throw in a few too.
